REplaceMENT and cancellation policy

We have a 3 Days Replacement policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order replacement in case of manufacturing defects. Replacement window will be automatically close after 3 days.

Replacement Registration Process :

Step 1. Mail us or Whatsapp us with relevant pictures of the manufacturing defect.

Step 2. Our team will validate & approve your replacement.

Step 3. Return Shipment will be created and the package will be picked up (please use same packing box) from you and delivered back to us.

Step 4. Our team will quality check the products and initiate replacement.

Cancellation Policy:

Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.

Refund Policy

The refund policy states that a refund will only be issued if the exact pattern, colour, and design of the purchased item is unavailable (out of stock) in both domestic and international orders. This ensures that replacements are prioritized before refunds are processed.

Refunds apply only to the purchased items and do not cover the non-refundable shipping costs for international orders.
